It was very good to see the Claridge’s Ballroom filled with younger guests, representing the next generation of MGGB members! Many commented we should do it more frequently, as it is a brilliant way to bring new energy, stimulate different perspectives and ensure we all keep up with the latest happening in our industry. So please feel free to mix up the seniority of your guests, as and when you wish.
Jennifer Quigley Jones and Eleanor Mills shared their experience and insights into the power of digital media and influencers, revealing interesting advice for Brands and Businesses. I am sure many are already familiar with the channel, but it was good to hear first-hand of the best way to leverage it. One of the key take aways, for me, was the opportunity to connect with micro communities representing all facets of a brand or business customer base.
The “All In” Census for 2025 opens today, and everyone is encouraged to participate. It is the largest industry census in the UK and an amazing insightful way to understand the needs of our industry workforce. Please follow the link HERE and share widely to ensure the broadest participation.
Our next dinner event is on April 2nd and will see Andria Vidler – CEO of Allwyn and the National Lottery as our Keynote Speaker. Andria will share the inside track on how they have reinvigorated the National Lottery to deliver c.£30m weekly to Good Causes, making it one of the UK’s most significant societal contributors. Andria has 30+ years in the marketing and technology industry, she is a MGGB past Chair and current President of the Advertising Association. We are in for a very special perspective of our industry!
