MGGB – Edwina Dunn OBE

Dear Members,

It was great to see so many of you last Wednesday at Claridges. I was delighted that Edwina Dunn OBE shared so much of her journey with us, from being the founder of dunnhumby, launching the business in her kitchen with her husband Clive and making it the global success it is today.

Furthermore, hearing about the non-profit organisation supporting women globally, the Female Lead. For those of you in the room I do hope you enjoy her book ‘When she is in the room: Empowering Women Empowers the World’

Our next dinner takes place on Wednesday 10th April where we will be joined by top TV producer Sam McAlister. Sam is a BAFTA-nominated producer best known for her work at BBC Newsnight, where she has persuaded reluctant individuals to participate in interviews, with questioning renowned for its rigour and bite. She famously arranged the notorious interview with Prince Andrew and Emily Maitlis on the Jeffery Epstein affair. It promises to be a revealing night!
