I hope you’re enjoying the summer – I’m sure thoughts are turned to holiday reading lists, how to survive the Tube in 40 degrees or what to watch now Love Island is over (or is that just me)…but I’m hoping to interrupt for a second and lodge a reminder to book your places for our first dinner of the 2019-20 season on Wednesday September 4th when Ross Brawn, Formula 1 Managing Director of Motorsports will address the Club.
Ross is a legend in the world of motor racing. He has won 22 World FIA Championships, has been a Technical Director, a Team Owner and a Team Principal and is now ‘poacher turned gamekeeper’ as part of the Liberty Media management team. He will be in conversation with David Croft from SKY and will give us an inside track into the fascinating world of Formula 1, share what he’s learned about winning and leadership and how, like many of us in business, they are re-inventing for a new generation.
