What a fantastic start to the year we had with Carolyn Fairbairn, the Director General of the CBI, on Wednesday night.
It was fantastic to hear Carolyn’s sincerity, passion and vision for British business, and her thoughts on the importance
of growing the regional economy, the jobs and skills agenda, and of course, the business landscape post-Brexit click this over here now.
Next month we’ll be delving into the what Brexit really means with a special ‘Article 50’ panel, hosted by LBC’s James O’Brien,
and including the rockstar economist Dr Pippa Malmgrem (Former US Presidential Advisor on Economic policy), John McGrane
the Director General of the British Irish Chamber of Commerce & Phil Collins journalist on the Times.
I’m sure it’s going to be a lively evening as we debate not only what Brexit means for our country but also for our industry.
