A Happy New year to you all, and I hope you were all able to recharge your batteries over Christmas ready for what I’m sure will be another challenging year ahead. I wish you and all in our industry a successful 2108.
I am very much looking forward to our first dinner of 2018, with Jayne-Anne Gadhia. Thank you to the many of you who have already booked for this. There are still places available so do let Clare know if you are able to attend.
I am also delighted to start the new year with news of an additional MGGB event in February. The Rt Honourable Philip Hammond, Chancellor of The Exchequer has agreed to speak at a special breakfast event on Wednesday 21st February. This will be a unique opportunity for us to hear his thoughts on our prospects for economic growth, and to pose some questions around how we can play our part and ensure the UK remains a hub for creative talent.
As I’m sure this will be a sell-out, this will be a members plus 1 guest event. Details are below and on the website. This event is open for bookings – so act quickly…
